Luca initially joined Osage Venture Partners as a co-op from Drexel University in 2024 before transitioning to a full-time analyst with OVP after graduating in 2025. He focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio companies, conducting market research, and assisting with due diligence and financial analysis. Before Osage, Luca worked for Strategic Exit Advisors as an investment banking analyst, and also spent time at Chubb engaging in international financial reporting.

Luca earned a BSBA in Finance from Drexel University, graduating from the Honors College with minors in Accounting and Spanish. Outside of work, Luca enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports of all kinds, and learning (and perfecting) new dinner recipes.
